About Me
Courtney joined Sentinel in January 2023, previously working in many other relevant roles like COBRA Account Manager, Customer Experience Expert and Enrollment Compliance Officer. Courtney's main job responsibilities include: making it easy for clients by educating and engaging in a consultative manner; partnering with them in their corporate goals; and addressing any questions.
Courtney is most proud of the trust she's built with her clients and her ability to align as partners in data requirement, compliance and benefits best practices. Her experience has helped save clients time and resources and provide a better experience. Courtney most enjoys the engagement and education she provides to clients, partners and team members. She is also a member of Sentinel's Cultural and Belonging Committee.
