About Me
Kadedra joined Sentinel Group in September 2025. She previously worked at NFP, an AON Company, for almost 25 years, as a TPA and Financial Representative. Today, Kadedra works on testing, 5500s, and client reviews and thinks that all client interactions start at the participant level, explaining "We are all participants of our own retirement Plans, so, the courtesy and work done on that level will have long lasting impacts from bottom to top". Kadedra is a Plan Consultant for several groups that have balance forward Plans and looks forward to the impact long lasting, positive, and rewarding impact she will share with clients.
Kadedra is a veteran of the USARMY Reserve, where her MOS was 54B, Chemical Operations Specialist. She served as Staff Sergeant, before leaving and having her daughter.
Educational Background & Experience
- Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Finance —Pierce College and West Chester University.
Out of the Office
Kadedra loves spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves cooking and singing. She shares a favorite quote from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. "Life’s most urgent question is: “What are you doing for others?”.
