Melissa joined Sentinel in September 2025, after spending 19 years with another third-party administrator. In her most recent role, she managed their participant services team. At Sentinel, Melissa is focused on delivering a high level of client satisfaction by partnering closely with clients to help ensure their plans run smoothly and efficiently. She especially enjoys supporting clients through participant education and helping employees better understand the value of their benefits.
