About Me

Liz joined Sentinel in May 2025, previously working as a Plan Consultant for a third-party administrator in San Diego, CA. She has been in the industry since 2012.

Liz serves as the day-to-day point of contact for retirement plan sponsors, building strong relationships while preparing and providing plan design consulting, compliance testing, annual valuations, and regulatory changes.  She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping clients fully understand and maximize their retirement plans

Educational Background & Experience

  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance– Radford University
  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA)

Out of the Office

Liz loves finding new activities and restaurants to enjoy with her family and friends.
