About Me
Morgan joined Sentinel in October 2020, previously working as a Senior Plan Consultant for a third-party administrator in Central Florida. She has been in the industry since 2015.
Morgan's main job responsibilities include: working closely with plan sponsors to help them gain a better understanding of the retirement benefits they offer to their employees; completing the required annual compliance testing and allocation calculations; and ensuring the client experience is positive and seamless by providing the highest level of service and support.
Morgan explains "It is rewarding to help plan sponsors understand their retirement plan benefits by breaking down the complex compliance topics. I truly value the time and conversations with team members getting to know and collaborate with them daily. And that no two days are ever the same, especially with the ever-changing rules and regulations in the retirement industry."
